‘Transformation 1′ by Sandra Kunz
When we can know our deepest desire in our heart, body and mind then it must come to pass.
What we desire for ourselves cannot exist without experiencing it within ourselves first as we are the very essence of God in living flesh. We create our physical reality through the combination of experiencing what we desire as though it has already manifested, our clear intention, and allowing ‘what is’ to exist without judgement.
When our emotions and thoughts are muddy we get muddy experiences in our reality, and this muddiness is a result of unprocessed emotions within us that need to be felt and allowed to be.
Know that it is Done.
And so it is.

To be a true leader means to follow your own instincts and live a life that no one has lived before you.
No one else has traveled in your footsteps, learned what you have learned, and can offer what you can offer to others. There is a time for guidance and a time to step out and Be the leader in your own life.
To live your authentic life you may be operating outside of your comfort zone, but you are never alone. You are the Divine in living flesh which means that when you believe in yourself and your intuition you believe that the Divine IS you and is working through you.
Being a leader is very simple – you only have to be yourself and living a life of joy and purpose makes you a leader and gives others permission to be leaders in their own life.
Divine Light and Blessings,
Sandra Kunz

‘The Valiant Thieves’ by Sandra Kunz Acrylic and charcoal on canvas
Wisdom and Universal Truth is, at every moment, accessible to us – we need only to ask and listen.
Listening to our wisdom can be difficult when our mind is busy trying to map out a solution on its own – and at that point our mind is most likely on ‘auto-pilot’ creating the same thought patterns over and over again. When we are continually having the same thought patterns it is really our body engaging the mind in order to fulfill its addictive needs. To break this cycle we can actively focus our love and attention inward to our body and how it is feeling – and allow the energy of the emotion to freely run through us without allowing our mind to become engaged.
It is really only a habit to believe the ‘stories’ that we have invested our energy into. Once we have done the work of going deeply into our emotions our mind is free to create, listen, and receive the wisdom of the Universal Divine within us. The clearer our body becomes of emotional addictions the more readily we access the wisdom that is inherently ours.
Shine your light,
Sandra Kunz
